The webshop is open for customers in the EU and Switzerland.
We are registered in the EU IOSS scheme.
The EU IOSS system provides a simplified customs and VAT process for B2C (Business to Customer) sales
with order values up to 150 EUR ex VAT:
- Private customers pay VAT at checkout, so no VAT is charged on import.
- Business customers will be charged VAT and fees on import.
- Shipments to Switzerland are sold without VAT, customer must bear customs fees if applicable.

Since 1 July 2026 the EU applies a 3 EUR customs duty on parcels from outside the EU.
For shipments to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal
we charge the duty at checkout and pay it on your behalf, so nothing is collected on arrival.
In all other EU countries your postal operator collects it on arrival and usually adds its own clearance fee.
